NEW GRAPHIC: Terry McAuliffe’s GreenTech Has Tried To Import More Chinese Nationals Than It Has Sold Cars
Terry McAuliffe’s electric car company GreenTech’s interest in the EB-5 program was described by Virginia Economic Development officials as a “visa-for cash scheme with potential national security implications .” Recent reports revealed that Gulf Coast Funds Management, which obtained EB-5 visas for GreenTech, sought a visa for an executive at Huawei Technologies, which has long-been suspected of engaging in espionage for the Chinese Government. Meanwhile, yesterday we learned that the head of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, who is currently under investigation for visas he approved for GreenTech, personally met with McAuliffe to discuss the visas.
America Rising submitted a FOIA request to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service for all records related to funds or investments for GreenTech Automotive, administered by Gulf Coast Funds.
Of all the 31 applications we received in the response, all 31 were from “The People’s Republic of China.”
