On SEC Investigation, Terry Must Abide By 'McAuliffe Standard'
As ABC News reported, America Rising has requested that Terry McAuliffe and GreenTech abide by the “McAuliffe Standard” and have his former car firm provide information to Virginians regarding the SEC investigation into GreenTech’s investor practices.
In 2002, McAuliffe demanded that President Bush release all records related to a Harken Energy SEC investigation so that “the American people, and not his lawyers, decide what is relevant.” Terry McAuliffe should hold himself to the same standard.
