Mark Pryor started off today saying ObamaCare is actually working. Now he’s followed up that whopper with some interesting thoughts on job loss and earmarks at a speech in Little Rock, AR.

On job losses, Pryor said:

PRYOR: “I know we’ve had some losses, we get that. [Inaudible] changes, we understand that. We look at certain areas and we see some of the losses and that’s just part of being in a capitalist economy and this global economy that we’re in.”

On earmarks, Pryor said:

PRYOR: “And I know it’s a dirty word with some people but some of that was earmark money and I’m not opposed to earmarks.”
